(On the bottom right corner of the expedition's details). Plus: When you go on an expedition you can see the 3 Large Monsters already present in the map when you arrive. Or you can go at the area 8 and launch some stone at the birdlike creatures, they will scream and attract him :) If you got the requierements it should be there, at the area 8 (underground). you don't have done enough things to meet him on his land ^^ and if I remember right you will unlock him with a cinematic.
